As a subsidiary agency of USCEC (United States-China Exchange Council), United States-China Expert Services (USCES) is a California legally registered nonprofit organization, headquartered in San Francisco, which builds a professional and efficient platform for expert exchanges between the United States and China. The predecessor of USCES was the U.S.-China Trade Development Council, a professional agency with the mission of promoting friendly and mutually beneficial exchanges between governments and companies in the United States and China.
Board of USCES is composed of U.S. government officials, university professors, and local community leaders. The current honorable board members of USCES include Dr. Herbert Graw, former Associate Vice President of California State University at Hayward; Dr. Andy B. Ge, Visiting Professor at San Jose State University; Doctor Mark Novak, Dean of Extended University at California State University, Bakersfield; Dr. Bill Liu, Provost of DeVry University at Fremont; Mr. Stephan Lau, famous Chinese leader in San Francisco.
USCES has been dedicating to all kinds of U.S.-China expert change services over the past two decades and has achieved huge successes and received a high degree of recognition and commendation from the community, including the Consulate General of China in San Francisco, State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of China, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, former Congressman Tom Lantos, former California Secretary of State William Jones, former California Assemblywoman Fiona Ma, former San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, and Richard Lee, former Legislative Assembly member of British Columbia, Canada.
